(He/Him)
Hi, I'm Adri! I'm a passionate Game Developer specializing in Programming and VFX Art.
I like to think that aspiring to a rudimentary level in all aspects of game development allows me to be flexible enough to fill any gap that a team might have, as well as being able to more or less consistently lead a small team of developers; A Jack-of-all-trades, one could say.
I'm currently studying a double Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Videogame Development.
Programming is the main "tool in my belt", I started playing around with Unity when I was 13 years old, and I understood then that I needed to get good it if I wanted to be able to make my games.
I've been seriously programming for almost 8 years now, alternating between C#, Java, C++, C, GDScript, Python, and others, including web development languages (PHP, Javascript, Typescript React).
I love programming in a modular way, using all my knowledge in programming patterns to build scalable codebases, a skill I believe very important with the ever-changing requirements of a typical game development.
I mainly use Blender and Substance Painter for my 3D Art, and I program my shaders in either ShaderLab (With HLSL) or ShaderGraph, although I also have experience with Godot's Shader Node tool.
As it so happens with most of my hobbies, I'm no master at 3D Art, but I enjoy it very much, especially when it comes to texturing. VFX, on the other hand, is probably the aspect of game development I enjoy the most, and it's probably one of the things I consider myself to be very good at.
